Sylvia Hoy (nee Higgs) passed away peacefully at Craigwiel Gardens in Ailsa Craig (formerly of Goderich) on Thursday March 23, 2023, at the age of 101.
Beloved wife of the late Alfred Hoy, who predeceased her in 2011.
Dear mother and mother-in-law of Bryan & Gaye Hoy of Brucefield, Ontario, Malcolm & Susan Hoy of Bright’s Grove, Ontario and Douglas and Carol Hoy of Raleigh N.C, USA.
Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Brenda & Paul Menary of Seaforth, Ontario, Michelle Conrad & Mike Cranwell of London, Ontario, Valerie & James Massengill of Zebulon, N.C., USA and Michael & Bess Hoy of Raleigh, N.C., USA. Treasured Great Grandmother of Jessica & Jeff Pursley, Jordan & Autumn Menary, Sarah & Krissy Menary
Max Conrad and Scarlett Massengill. Great Great Grandmother of Ivy Menary, Elijah Menary, Grayson Pursley and

Predeceased by her parents William & Jane Higgs, sister Iris Harris & brother Jack Higgs all of Wales.
She will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews and friends as well as her nieces, Ann Herridge & Olna & Rod Yemm & families , all of Wales.
