Sharon Mae Sager passed away peacefully with family by her side at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, on Tuesday January 17, 2023 in her 56th year. Loving mother of Alex Sager, and Nicole (Andrew) Chartrand. Cherished grandma to Aiden and Benjamin Chartrand. Dearly loved daughter of Mae and the late Leslie Sager. Dear sister to Steven (Laura) Sager. Missed Aunt to Dustin , the late Michael , Raphael and Christian Sager along with many cousins aunts and uncles. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at Falconer Funeral Homes, 153 High St., Clinton on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 2-4pm.
