With great sadness we announce the passing of Paul Draper on Tuesday September 6, 2022 at the age of 79. Husband of 53 years to Marg (Gliddon) Draper. Loving father of Jacqueline (Randy) McGregor, and Debra (Brian) Young. Cherished grandpa “Pop” to Zachary and Laura McGregor, and Brett and Olivia Young. Dear brother of Barbara (Ron) Bourke, and Cathy (Bob) Semple. Predeceased by his parents Robert & Norma Draper. Paul was a long time resident of Clinton. In the early years Paul was employed at Sherlock Manning Piano Factory, from there Paul was a long term employee at Fleming Feed Mill. An avid fan of the Montreal Canadiens, Paul enjoyed playing hockey for many years. Time spent with family and friends was always cherished. In keeping with Paul’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service to be held. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at the Huron Fish & Game Club, 278 Alma Grove, Clinton, on Saturday September 17, 2022. From 1 – 5 p.m. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Huron Hospice Bender House, or the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
