STRUTHERS: Glen David
It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Glen ‘David’ Struthers suddenly on Monday February 27, 2023, at the age of 71. Beloved husband and best friend of Judy Struthers for 48 years. Loving father of Barb (Rob) Davis, Lisa Hennessey, Sheri (Derek) Campbell, Bryon Struthers (Kaeleigh Vanderloop), and predeceased son, Justin Struthers. Loving and cherished grandfather to Dustin Hennessey, Clayton (Mackenzie), and Blake Davis, Bryanna (Sullivan), Bryson and Brylie Campbell, Sydnee Struthers, and Mila and Raine Struthers. Remembered by his brother and sister, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth & Stan Struthers.
Glen was a very family oriented and loved hunting and fishing. Glen met many good friends throughout his years, and often was the jokester of the group. Glen never failed to make anyone smile or laugh.
Being a grandpa was the most fulfilling and important role of all. Going to sporting events, recitals, playing jokes were things that brought him utmost joy.
Cremation has taken place and Glen’s life will be celebrated on March 12th 2023, at the Libro Community Hall, Clinton Ontario, at 239 Bill Fleming Drive, from 1-5pm. This will be an opportunity for people to stop in and reminisce.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
