Peacefully at his residence with his family at his side, Mr. Ephraim Richard Snell of Blyth in his 85th year. Beloved husband for 60 years to Glenyce (Bainton)Snell. Dearly loved father of Franklin Ephraim & Kristine Loraine (Corrie) Snell of Clinton, M.C. Jayne & Mark Marquis of Bozamen Montana, Amanda Glenyce & Bradley Eric Aitken of Hullett Twp., and Richard Bainton & Christine Lynne (Connelly) Snell of Blyth. Cherished grandfather of Eva Jayne & Ella Rose Marquis, Alexandra Amanda & Nicholas Bradley Aitken, and Sarah Christine & Katherine Elizabeth Snell. Dear brother of the late Barbara (Alvin) Bettles, James (Marion) Snell, and Jayne Mary (Mac) Taylor. Dick was a successful entrepreneur establishing Snell Enterprises Ltd., which includes Atlas Tanning in 1964 which continues to this day. At Richard’s request cremation has taken place. Private family arrangements with a Celebration of Life Service to be announced. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
