MANLEY: DORIS MADELINE
Doris Madeline Manley of Bayfield passed away on Saturday November 6, 2021. Born in Toronto March 27, 1925, she was the wife of the late John (Jack) Manley of Uxbridge. They met at a street dance and it was love at first sight. They married June 5, 1943 and had seven children on the farm. Doris is predeceased by one son Jimmy. Survived by six children, Terry and wife Marion, Bernard, Larry and wife Martha, John and wife Joan, Joy, and Pat. Also loved by her grandchildren, Aimee, Kris, Katie, John, Beth, Heather, Miranda, Drake, and Wyatt. Loved and remembered by great grandchildren, Heston, Trey, Reed, Ophelia, Isaac, Rylee, Hunter, Holden, and Alyssa-Rae. Doris was a sports fan and participant all her life, especially curling, golf, lawn bowling, tennis and was one heck of a fisherman. She also was a leader of Tai Chi. The funeral service will be held on Friday November 12, 2021 at Falconer Funeral Homes – Clinton. Interment of ashes to take place at Uxbridge Cemetery on July 4, 2022.
