Past Patron of the Eastern Star Clinton Chapter, Member of the Maitland Lodge, #33 Goderich A.F. & A.M. and member of the Mocha Shriners.
Passed away peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital on Friday, March 31, 2023. Cornelis (Casey) Does of Bayfield in his 94th year.
Beloved husband for 35 years of Brenda Does (nee Forster) and the late Audrey Does who predeceased him in 1986.
Loving father of Carla (Does) Hill of Bayfield, the late Robert (2020) and father in law of Lamay Does of Whitby. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Andrea Hill (Sam) of Windsor, Michael Does of Whitby, Jeffrey Does of Calgary and his great-granddaughter Mya of Windsor. Also survived by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews in Holland. Casey was the last living member of his family having been predeceased by his 15 siblings.
Friends will be received for visitation at Falconer Funeral Homes - Bluewater Chapel, Goderich on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m.
A Masonic service will be held prior to visitation on Wednesday afternoon at 12:45 p.m.
At Casey's request, cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
